Neural DSP is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of experts solely focused on advancing the state of the art in software and hardware development for music production solutions. We are working relentlessly at advancing and incorporating the latest developments in electronics engineering, digital signal processing, user interface/experience design, embedded systems, and machine learning into the music industry. Our mission is to design the next generation of both audio software and hardware products in order to empower musicians’ creativity to expand alongside technology.
As the community & social media manager, you will have a broad and essential role in maintaining a positive and engaging presence on all platforms where we may find our customers.
You will be working closely with the performance marketing, design, and data teams, ensuring our brand message is delivered clearly through content creation and copywriting, and provide succinct feedback on how we are perceived.
You will be responsible for setting and implementing the social media strategy across all platforms, creating and managing the content schedule, and engaging with existing & potential customers by responding quickly to comments and queries.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills, is able to develop engaging content strategies, is highly empathetic, and extremely passionate about our brand and products.
3+ years experience managing social media accounts for a reputable and highly engaging brand or high-growth startup.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate well with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of media mix and experience across multiple social media platforms.
Analytically driven, with a deep understanding of customer engagement metrics and website performance KPIs.
Ability to drive the creation of engaging, on-brand, graphic and video assets through clear collaboration and communication with other team members.
Personal interest in music, music production, guitar, bass, plugins, and other subjects relevant to Neural’s field.
Graphic design, video editing, and photo manipulation experience is not essential, but a big plus.
Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple social media channels.
Being engaging, funny, witty, responsive, and current in your ability to correspond with customers and create shareable moments.
Using your platform knowledge and creative skills to craft attention-grabbing, relative content that evolves with each channel.
Providing insights & reports on social performance overall and per platform.
Translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations for revising the social media strategy.
