Content Marketing Manager

Neural DSP comprises a multidisciplinary team of experts solely focused on accelerating the state of the art in music production solutions.

We are working relentlessly at advancing and incorporating the latest developments in electronics engineering, digital signal processing, user interface and user experience design, embedded systems, and machine learning into the music industry.

Our mission is to design the next generation of both audio software and hardware products in order to empower musicians’ creativity to expand alongside technology.

Role Description

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s content strategy across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, leads, sales, and positive customer behavior. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate digital content strategy across all platforms, including but not limited to email, blogs, social media, and YouTube.

  • Drive traffic and engagement that translates to leads, sales, and brand promotion.

  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure all content is on-brand, stylistically consistent, and carries the correct tone of voice.

  • Supervise the execution of content development with other team members.

  • Develop and maintain a functional and practical content calendar.

  • Develop systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, and repurposing.

About You

  • You are an expert in all things related to content, channel optimization, and brand consistency.

  • You are data-driven and highly analytical.

  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

  • You are a passionate guitarist/musician and have experience with Neural DSP’s products or similar products.

  • You have a keen eye for detail and have a vested interest in engaging video content, cinematography, or broadcast media. 

  • You have a startup mentality and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • You are smart, hard working, and productive.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related communications field.

  • Outstanding command of the English language.

  • 5+ years experience as a respected leader in multi-channel content creation.

  • Fluency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics), social media marketing platforms (HootSuite, Later, etc.), and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

  • Experience with reporting and data analysis of reports. 

  • Extensive project management experience and fantastic time management.
