Customer Support Specialist

Neural DSP is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of experts solely focused on advancing the state of the art in software development for music production solutions.

We are working relentlessly at advancing and incorporating the latest developments in electronics engineering, digital signal processing, user interface/experience design, embedded systems, and machine learning into the music industry.

Our mission is to design the next generation of both audio software and hardware products in order to empower musicians’ creativity to expand alongside technology.

We are looking to add a Customer Support Specialist to our highly-reviewed support team. As part of our team, you will work with users to answer their questions, guide them through learning our software and hardware, identify and resolve problems they may be experiencing with their products, and more.

Working Hours:

This position is full-time in Helsinki, Finland. However, interested candidates within Europe may apply and relocate.

Role Scope/Description

  • Interact with users by email, LiveChat, and occasionally on forums.

  • Communicate with users to understand the problems they're experiencing, and give updates in a friendly and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with development team members to escalate code-related issues and potential bugs.

  • Test early builds of software and hardware prior to release.

You have...

  • Fluency in English language; demonstrated in communication and writing skills.

  • Experience in audio recording with the most popular DAWs on Windows systems.

  • Flexibility with working odd hours on a set schedule.


  • Audio-related skills on both macOS and Windows operating systems.

  • Demonstrable skills in Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Reaper, Studio One, Cubase, and Ableton Live.

  • Experience in audio software development or Quality Assurance (QA).

  • Experience with Shopify and Atlassian tools.

  • A great attitude and desire to help people.
