This is the opportunity to be the head of data analysis at Neural DSP.

You will develop the infrastructure and vision for how we will strategically use data as the company scales.

You will work alongside the marketing team, analyzing data to formulate insights to improve our software and marketing efforts.



Own analytics, insights and A/B testing across the organization.

Work with individuals throughout Neural DSP to identify meaningful KPIs and build reporting to keep the company up to date on progress.

Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop impactful and actionable product, marketing/growth, user and business insights.Lead analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities, and actions.

Define a technical stack that will ensure maximum productivity for the entirety of our data function.

Benchmark and standardize the way we run experiments.

Collaborate with product and marketing/growth teams to build predictive models that turn our data into a competitive advantage.



Demonstrated success in analytics/data science.

Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation; experience with designing, analyzing A/B tests, and driving a test-driven culture across product, marketing/growth and operational teams.

Expert level knowledge of SQL combined with an understanding of big data and real-time processing systems and tools.

Exposure to scripting languages and statistical packages (e.g. Python and R).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
