Free Shipping, Delivery Times, Import Duties - Quad Cortex Development Update #10

Formerly Quad Cortex Development Update - October 2020

Thank you for the fantastic response to our global dealer announcement yesterday! We’ve been working tirelessly to bring Quad Cortex to the world this year. If you have any questions after reading through this update, please email our support team at support@neuraldsp.com, and they will respond to you as soon as they can.

Free shipping for all Quad Cortex pre-orders

As a thank you for pre-ordering, and to provide you the best possible experience, we have decided to offer free shipping to all pre-order customers worldwide. UPS will ship Quad Cortex and we’ll take care of the bill. Our pre-order terms & conditions and the Quad Cortex FAQ will be updated to reflect this.

Delivery times

We want to make it very clear that tier 1 & tier 2 pre-order units are the units we are building first. Customers who have pre-ordered from us are our highest priority. When your Quad Cortex is ready to ship, you will receive an email requesting the remaining payment. Once that payment has been received, your Quad Cortex will be shipped via UPS and will be with you within 5 working days (and usually much less).

This means that tier 1 & tier 2 customers will receive their Quad Cortex before they are available from dealers.

The only scenario where a customer might get a Quad Cortex from a dealer before you receive yours is if you do not pay for your pre-order promptly or you provide an incorrect shipping address.

Import duties

If you live in the EU or USA, there will be no import duties for you to pay when your Quad Cortex is shipped to you.

If you live outside of the EU or USA, import duties will be charged at your country or state’s local rate and are your responsibility to pay, as outlined in our terms and conditions. These duties are governed by the importing laws of your country and are commonplace when buying a product from another country.

If you live outside of the EU or USA, in a country where there are import duties, the price of a Quad Cortex from a dealer will reflect these duties.
