QC Batch 2 Payments Due

We are pleased to say that payment requests for customers in batch 2 have now been sent. If you are in batch 2 and did not receive a payment request, please email support@neuraldsp.com with your order number.

It is vitally important that you ensure your shipping address and telephone number are correct. You can confirm these before you make your payment.

Tier 2 units (batches 3 and 4) have already been built, and we will begin testing & packing these later this week or early next week once we have made good progress with shipping batch 2. We’ll aim to collect payments for those shortly after.
