To celebrate the launch of CorOS 3.0.0, we’re giving every Quad Cortex owner a free plugin of their choice on Wednesday July 31st!
To redeem your free plugin, you have to follow these steps:
Update your Quad Cortex to CorOS 3.0.0 when it is available on July 31st.
Log in to your Neural DSP account on your Quad Cortex.
Log in to your Neural DSP account on the Neural DSP website and go to the gifts page.
You will be able to choose any one of the plugins from our catalog - not just the X plugins.
This campaign will run until Wednesday August 28th. You must update your Quad Cortex to CorOS 3.0.0 before this date to receive your free gift.
If you have followed the above steps but do not see a free gift available in your Neural DSP account, please ensure you have updated to CorOS 3.0.0 and you are logging in to the same Neural DSP account on your Quad Cortex and our website. If it still does not show, please reach out to our support team at support@neuraldsp.com

Q: If I have received a free gift before, will I be eligible to receive this one?
A: Yes!
Q: Will I be eligible to receive this gift if my Quad Cortex is pre-owned?
A: If you bought your Quad Cortex prior to this campaign launching, you will receive the gift. If you buy a pre-owned Quad Cortex after the campaign launches, you will only receive the gift if the previous owner did not update to CorOS 3.0.0 and log in. If you have a pre-owned Quad Cortex, ensure it is not logged in to a Neural DSP account that is not yours before you update.
Q: Do I have to redeem my free gift straight away?
A: No. Just ensure you update your Quad Cortex to CorOS 3.0.0 and log in before August 28th to have the free gift in your account, then you can redeem your gift whenever you want.
