In order to use Neural DSP plugins, you will need an iLok account and have the iLok License Manager software installed on your computer. iLok is completely free to use.

You do not need the iLok USB device to use Neural DSP plugins.

iLok is a software licensing system used by many audio software companies. It allows you to manage your software licenses in one place and transfer them between different devices, providing a secure way of protecting intellectual property for software developers. iLok also ensures that only authorized users can access and use the licensed software, preventing piracy and unauthorized usage.

How to create a free iLok account

Step 1 - Fill out the account registration form

Go to iLok's account registration page and fill out the required fields in the registration form. Click the “Create Account” button to finalize your registration.

Step 2 - Verify your email address

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. Open the confirmation email from iLok and click on the verification link provided. This will verify your email address and activate your iLok account.

Step 3 - Log in to your iLok account

Return to the iLok website and sign in using your email address and password.

How to download and install iLok License Manager

Step 1 - Download the installer file

Go to iLok's License Manager page and download the free iLok License Manager software. iLok License Manager is available for both Windows and macOS. Select the appropriate version for your operating system by clicking the corresponding download button.

Step 2 - Install the software
